ANA President Speaks Out on "Securing Health Care's Future"
Last year, ANA celebrated the passage of the historic Affordable Care Act (ACA aims to protect consumers, increase access to care, promote health, improve and refocus the health care delivery system, and control costs. Now this law is under threat. ANA believes that affordable, accessible, quality health care for all should not be a partisan or political issue. Nurses must use their voices to oppose efforts to repeal, weaken or deny funding for critical reforms within the current law.
