Approval of Individual Continuing Nursing Education Activities
Use the application form (also under "Related Resources") to submit a single course or conference for review. Once approved, your course can be conducted as often as you like within a two year period. The fees for the review are based on the number of contact hours for your activity and are outlined in the application instructions. Supplemental forms/documents are also available as well.
Become An Approved Provider of Continuing Nursing Education
This CNE provider application is for organizations and institutions that frequently produce continuing nursing education conferences or activities. Becoming an Approved Provider allows you to design and conduct educational sessions without submitting individual applications for review. The fee for a three year provider license is $1,650 – making it more cost effective than submitting multiple courses each year. This in-depth application does require samples of three approved activities already provided.
